Mark McCormick was born in Western Pennsylvania and has lived in East Tennessee since he graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2004. Mark has built his real estate business based on the core values of creating strong relationships and serving others. This lifestyle of service is also reflecting in his community activities where he coaches a local baseball team and helps and volunteers in multiple U.S Military veteran events. Mark enjoys the outdoor activities that East Tennessee offers such as fly fishing, camping, and hiking. When he is not in his office, or with clients, he can often be found on the thousands of miles of streams or trails that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer.

Mark is an affiliate broker and top producer, not only at his brokerage, but in the entire Knoxville Association of Realtors MLS system and nationwide. He is also designated as a commercial agent and luxury agent. In 2019 Mark decided to expand his personal real estate business into a team and created “The Mark McCormick Team” at Keller Williams, creating and operating under their slogan “A Better Way To Do Real Estate”. The Mark McCormick Team has thrived and continues to grow by building relationships that last long after the sale.

Allison Ramsey joined The Mark McCormick Team in 2019, having been a solo agent in the Naples, FL area prior. Born in Bel Air, MD, she settled her roots here in East TN after having raised three children and owning and managing a successful medical affiliate company. She also was a genetic genealogist, helping adoptees and foundlings locate family members and was highlighted in the book, The Foundling, written by New York Times Bestselling Author, Alex Tresniowski, and Paul Fronczak.

Allison is an affiliate broker and top buyer’s agent. Her business is based on giving back to her community and creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships with her clients.

Intentionally, a large portion of her client base are veterans as her father was a Vietnam Veteran, and she understands the importance and privilege of servicing this community.

Jon grew up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, where he enjoyed the beach lifestyle, shooting billiards, and exploring a few different career paths. His early interest in real estate was inspired by watching his grandfather work in real estate investment - a foundation that gave him a deep respect for the industry from a young age.

Later in life, after meeting his wife and welcoming their amazing daughter, Jon decided to pursue that interest more seriously. While his daughter was still in elementary school, he earned his real estate license and spent several years helping clients buy and sell homes in Florida.

In 2024, Jon’s family made the decision to relocate to East Tennessee, drawn by the beauty of the Smoky Mountains and the warmth of the local community. Shortly after settling in Sevierville, he felt the calling to continue his real estate journey and earned his Tennessee license.
