We decided to buy a vacation rental home in Gatlinburg.  Each time we found a property, he promptly visited each home either the same day or the next. That was important in the hot market there. Since we reside in another state, he provided a video for the drive in, around the home, and inside. We ended up backing out of a closing after an  appraisal and there was no pressure to continue, but rather supported our best interest. He was patient as we continued looking at several properties until we found the one. This is an investment property for us so negotiation was key. He went back and forth with seller's agent until we arrived at our target. Will use again if the first investment goes well!
