We are still seeing slightly longer days on market, and we are over the average days on market from this time last year. However, the number of new listings is up a bit from last month, and the total number of active listings is down. The reason for this is that the number of pending properties, and closed properties have increased over the last 30 days, which is not uncommon for this month every year.
